Recognizing that every individual is a change agent, leadership is learned, coaching is a force multiplier in life and in business and that few leaders are equipped to lead through change, I established Lead to Catalyze to elevate leaders in their careers and lives and to cultivate catalysts at every company who drive growth, with intention.

Using nearly two decades of expertise in leadership, organizational growth and business transformation and drawing from my own compelling, rich life experiences, I support my clients to create environments that champion ownership, accountability, impact and self-actualization, through one-on-one and team coaching, leadership workshops and consulting services. 

 

I love coaching my clients. Using the Co-Active model of coaching, I build partnerships that empower my clients to achieve their personal and professional goals. I aim to help clients bring their lives into alignment with what matters most to them. Together, we clarify objectives and tap into their inner strengths.
